"finished with no deaths" but with "standard reward"
It appears you have a team that is too defensive but not offensive enough and therefore killing the mob takes too long time.
It may be that none in your team ever died but this was at the expense of offensive power.
Therefore I suggest to include some more offensive/interupting hero skills/builds to finish off the foes faster to get the Master reward.
Always a compromise between defensive/offensive team build.
